These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PlanEnroll Texas website and any related quote, comparison, or appointment-scheduling services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

PlanEnroll Texas is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. government, the federal Medicare program, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), or the Social Security Administration. We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to the plans and carriers we are appointed with. The Services provide educational information and personalized comparisons to help you evaluate Medicare options. Nothing on this site constitutes insurance, legal, tax, financial, or medical advice. Coverage, premiums, provider networks, and formulary details are controlled by the carriers and CMS, are subject to change, and are binding only once an application is submitted and approved by the carrier.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Services. The quiz and quote features are intended for individuals evaluating Medicare eligibility (typically age 64+) or their authorized representatives, and for Texas residents.

You agree that the information you submit (ZIP code, date of birth, contact details, coverage preferences, etc.) is accurate and belongs to you or to a person for whom you are an authorized representative. Inaccurate information may result in an incorrect quote or a delayed or denied enrollment.

By submitting the quiz or contact form, you expressly consent to be contacted by PlanEnroll Texas and its licensed agents at the phone number and email address you provide, including via automated dialing systems, prerecorded/artificial voice messages, and SMS/MMS texts, about Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug plans. Consent is not required to purchase any product or service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or ask to be removed on any call.

Booking a call reserves a time for a licensed agent to contact you. Times, agents, and availability are subject to change; if we cannot keep an appointment we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule. You may cancel or reschedule at any time by replying to any confirmation message or emailing us.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the Services on behalf of a third party without their consent
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services
• Scrape, harvest, or reuse content or contact information from the site without permission
• Use the Services in violation of any applicable law, including insurance and telemarketing laws

The Services, including all text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by PlanEnroll Texas or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Carrier names and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely to identify products offered.

The Services may link to or rely on third-party websites and tools (for example, calendar booking, phone, and email providers, and Medicare.gov). We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of those third parties.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular carrier, plan, doctor, or medication will be available in your area.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanEnroll Texas and its agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed $100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlanEnroll Texas and its agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [County], Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
